The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, parts, equipment, and materials to remove (2) failed water softeners and replace with (2) in-like kind ot match the capacity and operations, including one salt reservoir tank IAW attached Scope of Work. Work to be performed at USCG Base Elizabeth City Bldg. 91, 1664 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909. All quotes must be submitted by 09/10/2025 noon EST.
