Blackrock District Parking Lot Repairs

The Blackrock Ranger District Parking Lot Repairs project includes base quote items of asphalt crack sealing (approx. 1700 LF) and slurry sealing all asphalt pavements at the Blackrock District Office and Work Center. Also included are white permanent pavement parking stall markings and one ADA style stall marking. Item quantities are outlined in the Schedule of Items and/or displayed on the drawings.  Optional quote items include removal of existing concrete sidewalk and replacement with new reinforced cement concrete and two locations needing full depth asphalt pavement patching (3” depth, Type II).
