There will be an opportunity to collect wet sludge samples to fulfill the requirements within the solicitation. Potential bidders are required to bring, at minimum, a 5-gallon bucket to collect wet sludge samples. USIBWC staff will provide wet sludge samples (prior to going through the belt filter presses).
