Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Biofilm analysis to prevent or manage the biofilm growth in the ISS Water Processor Assembly. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Montana State University under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that Montana State University is the sole provider of Biofilm analysis to prevent or manage the biofilm growth in the ISS Water Processor Assembly NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
