The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for Grounds Maintenance Services at the Benicia Arsenal Post Cemetery. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

Requirement:  The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform the service requirements under this contract for Benicia.
