DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District intends to seek proposals for a contract to construct concrete tent pads, gravel bed, site improvements and utility connections for developing base expeditionary airfield resources (BEAR) to beddown 576 personnel. The utilities include potable water, sanitary sewer, electrical power, and communication. TYPE OF CONTRACT: The intended solicitation will be for award of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) stand-alone (C-Type) construction contract. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be an unrestricted action under full and open competitive conditions.
