This action is being solicited on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $45M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. Offerors intending on submitting a proposal should attend the Pre-Bid Site Visit. Solicitation and information notices as well as amendments will be posted at SAM.gov. A Bid Bond must be submitted with the offer, or the offer will be rejected. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made.
