Battlefield Pain Management – Analgesic

This Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) is being issued under the authority of prototype Other Transaction Authority (pOTA) 10 U.S.C. 4022 by the Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), in support of the Defense Health Agency, Portfolio Acquisition Executive Medical Products (PAE MP), Warfighter Protection and Acute Care Project Management Office (WPAC PMO) located in Frederick, Maryland, at Fort Detrick. The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Research & Development Contracting Division 2, intends to issue a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) on behalf of the Operational Medical Systems, Warfighter Protection and Acute Care Project Management Office for Battlefield Pain Management – Analgesic.
