Amendment 0004:

The purpose of this Amendment is to:
1. Specify the estimated construction magnitude: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000 [FAR 36.204(e)]
2. Incorporate a Performance Bond requirement
3. Add Clause 52.228-15 Performance and Payment Bonds-Construction
4. Change the proposal due date from 18 September 2025 at 1500 to 22 September 2025 at 1100
5. Clarify submission requirements for Volume IV, Factor III - Past Performance
