Bathroom Renovation of Building 181 and 660

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico, has a requirement to procure Bathroom Renovation of Building 181 and 660 for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). It is the Government intention to issue a Firm-Fixed price type contract. The purpose of this project is to provide labor, equipment, materials, insurances, supervision, incidentals and all necessary to perform Bathroom Renovation of Building 181 and 660, at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico per the requirement Statement of Work and drawings.
