The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Center for Grain and Animal Health Research has a requirement for a Bathroom Renovation project in Manhattan KS. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and perform all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
