EDIT TO ADD 12 FEB 2026: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date, update Attachments, add clause 52.219-14, and provide answers to the questions received during the Q&A period.

- The proposal due date has been extended to 26 February 2026 at 3:00pm CST.

- Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, Attachment 8 - Section L - Instructions to Offerors, and Attachment 9 - Section M - Evaluation Factors have been updated.

- Clause 52.219-14 has been added.

- Attachment 10 - Questions and Answers has been added.
