2/19/2025: add RFI Q/A, and attached 3 UFGS

2/12/2025:updated solicitation close date to 2/26/2025. Several RFIs still pending answering, and personel that can answer these questions will not return ot office till 2/19/2025. will post Q/A of RFI, and possibly updated SOW once available.

1) Design and construct manhole benching and invert channels for WPB building manhole.
2) Inverts must be true to the sewer pipe invert elevation with smooth channels of uniform
cross section and slop, either straight or with a continuous curve between the inlet and
outlet of the pipes. Concrete inverts should be placed based on the dimension and details
of the contract plans and specification.
