The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, transportation, incidentals, fees, permits, licenses, and insurance necessary to remove and replace Steam Boilers at USCG BASE Elizabeth City at 1664 Weeksville Rd. Bldg. 87. Elizabeth City, NC 27909. A detailed Statement of Work (SOW) is attached. All quotes must be submitted by NOON Eastern Time on June 30,2025.
