Bambi Bucket Parts

The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to: SEI for Bambi bucket parts utilized by the CTARNG. The above-mentioned company exclusively makes these parts for the existing model and type currently in use by the CTARNG. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 13.106(b)(1). Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
