Bahrain Readiness Support

This notice is for the award of a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Sayers and Associates LLC, CAGE 1UCP9, Address:              55 M Street SE, Suite 200, Washington, District Of Columbia, 20003-3525, United States. The contract was awarded under other than Full and Open Competition and implemented by FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and Compelling Urgency and FAR 6.302-1, since there is only one responsible source. This is an urgent sole source bridge action for the interim continuation of Bahrain Readiness Support while a competitive follow-on is completed. Performance is from 30 March 2026 to 29 September 2026 if all options are exercised.
