Backflow Preventer Purchase for Yokohama North Dock, Japan

This notice is prepared IAW RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.

The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price supply contract to purchase for two (2) each of Backflow Preventers for Military ships/vessels Potable Water. The anticipated award date is on or about 15 May 2026 (subject to change).

Description of the requirement: Yokota Air Base, Japan is purchasing two (2) each of Backflow Preventers for Military ships/vessels Potable Water. The Benn Inc (partnering with Watts Inc), model LF909NRS 65A. Delivery is no later than 1 February 2027, Yokohama North Dock, Japan.
