DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT The Contractor shall procure and replace cooling and heating water coils for the AHU serving PMEL spaces in B457. The existing coils are broken due to damage from freezing. The existing AHU is a Daikin model CAH017GDCM (S/N FBOU210100282), with coils of model 5WL1106B-024, part# 619153312. The unit has 2 hot water coils (rated 211 MBH at 6690 cfm and 13.6 gpm) and two chilled water coils (rated 249 MBH at 6690 cfm and 59.4 gpm).
