B2620 Dorm Construction

This requirement is a design-build effort to repair dormitory BLDG 2620 and the adjacent laundry building/pavilion building along with the transition enclosure between the laundry building/pavilion building and the dormitory building. The Base Bid work includes completing the government furnished 60% design to obtain a final 100% design package and repairing Dormitory Building 2620 and the adjacent laundry building/pavilion building as per the Statement of Objective.
