The Bid Opening is being extended to April 10, 2025 in order to allow the Government to amend the solicitation from a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustment. A formal amendment will be posted next week with details on the EPA and the new bid opening time.

This notice constitutes an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Solicitation W50S8A-24-B-A004 to renovate office space in Building 254 at Pease Air National Guard Base (PEASE ANGB), Newington, NH.  The Government seeks to award a single firm fixed price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools equipment, appliances and supervisors needed for the renovation of that site.
