The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Bliss, TX is issuing a construction solicitation W911SG-25-B-A030, in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Bliss, Texas.

General Information: Remove the existing shingle roof system entirely down to the structural deck.  Contractor considers up to 500 SF damaged deck.
