The mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)- Ft. Bliss, TX intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to provide a new metal shingle roof system including some wood plank deck replacement, new self-adhering underlayment, and new metal roof shingles. The contractor will need to provide a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty with a 120-mph wind speed coverage. The work to be performed will be at Building 12, Pershing Rd. located within the Fort Bliss TX Installation. The contract duration is 120 days after notice to proceed.
