This pre-solicitation is the synopsis for a sealed bid solicitation for the New Mexico Air National Guard (NMANG) located on Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico for removing and replacing 1 Chiller (70 Ton) and 2 Computer Room Air Conditioner (CRAC) Units (7 & 9 Ton) within Building 1044.
