B-1 Communication and Navigation Management System (CNMS) Sustainment Software Upgrade

The Delivery Order was awarded on a sole source basis containing Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) CLINS under the Rockwell Collins, Inc. Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-21-G-0005 restore CNMS building off of Engineering Assignments (EA) 20-AVSx-11426, Radios’ Upgrade Program, 21-AVSx-11494 Radio Crypto CNMS Continuation, and 22-AVSx-11468 Radio Crypto Follow-On. This contract effort will accomplish a Control Display Unit (CDU)-900 Operational Flight Program (OFP) update to incorporate radio control and monitoring via the CDU-900 on the B-1 aircraft.
