Award of Test Facility Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering III (TFOME III)

The NASA Glenn Research Center contract, Test Facility Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering III (TFOME III) has been competed and awarded.  Please see the attached source selection statement for selection and awardee information.

This is a performance based, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) Core Contract with a CPFF Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) line issuing CPFF Task Orders, and a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Phase-In period.  The requirements of this contract are best suited for a CPFF contract as the work requires fluctuations in effort.
