Award of Contract

Solicitation SPE605-25-R-0203 under Direct Delivery Program - Turkey Automation 1.8Q is for a vehicle fleet automated fueling program in accordance with Turkish Petroleum Energy Marketing Agency guidance for tax free fuel sales for the purpose of lifting commercially available Unleaded Gasoline and Diesel Fuel products for authorized US government owned or authorized privately owned vehicles at designated filling stations.  The contract was awarded to Petrol Ofisi Anonim Sirketi; contract award amount  $1,772,500.00.

Contract was awarded to vendor on 10-Aug-23 in the amount of $28,610.00.

Contract was awarded to vendor on 8-Aug-23 in the amount of $36,998.00.  

Contract SPE605-22-D-9554 was awarded on May 6, 2022 for two JP8 line items.  The contract was awarded to South Establishment For Catering, Maintenance and Cleaning Services in the amount of $144,149,224.44.  The period of performance for this contract award is from June 1, 2022 through May 31, 2025.  This contract was award competitively as seventeen vendors made offers for the JP8 line items.  The award was made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures, to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
