The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract modification to the Systems Improvement Program IV Contract, N00019-22-C-0067, to Raytheon (RAY) for 10.5 Operational Testing (OT) Support. Support for 10.5 OT includes flight test preparation and planning, support of flight-test execution for live fire and captive carry events, and post-test analysis. The AIM-9X Program is a joint DoN and USAF program with the United States Navy (USN) designated as the lead service.
