AWARD NOTICE: Real Estate Appraisal of Lower Grey Cloud Island - Cottage Grove, MN

This is an AWARD NOTICE. This is NOT a request for quotes (RFQ), request for proposals (RFP), or invitation for bids (IFB). The Government is not accepting new offers for this requirement. 

A firm-fixed price services contract was awarded to Rock Associates Ltd in the amount of $225,000.00. This contract is to perform a real estate appraisal of a 331.33 acre portion of Lower Grey Cloud Island in Cottage Grove, MN. The final appraisal report and highest & best use analysis must be fully UASFLA ("Yellow Book") compliant. 

The offers received in response to solicitation W912ES26QA075 were evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in provision 52.212-2 and the Basis for Award attachment. The award decision was made on the basis of best value to the Government.
