AWARD NOTICE Elevator Replacement Bldg. 246

The contractor shall provide all supervision, management, personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and any other items necessary to complete the B246 Elevator Modernization project. The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications to replace the existing electric traction elevator with an in-ground hydraulic elevator and equipment room. This acquisition will require a general contractor with experience and expertise capable of fully managing this task order simultaneously with their other work, which will require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades.
