FY24 National Shrine at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery was awarded to Double Bronze Star (DBS) Marketing and Consulting, Inc.
DBS is the incumbent on the FY23 shrine project. The contractor is still onsite. In accordance with VAAR 819.7008, DBS is a verified SDVOSB vendor in VetCert. FSHNC has very limited space for staging, therefore, with multiple contractors onsite it will hinder progress and complicate communication with the facility.
