The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, CA, intends to award a single standalone Firm-Fixed-Price contract using full and open competition procedures. Negotiations, if necessary, will be conducted accordance with FAR Part 15. NAWCWD intends to procure Avionics Test Set Cable Assemblies.
