1. Introduction/Purpose The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has an Aviation Weather Technical and Engineering Support Services requirement as outlined in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City, NJ. This requirement is anticipated to be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ), time and materials (T&M) procurement for a period of 5 years (one (1) year base period and four (4) 1-year periods thereafter).
