The United States Coast Guard has awarded a sole-source 8(a) contract to DT-Trak Consulting, Inc., a Native American-owned, SBA-certified 8(a) small business, for AUTOMATION SYSTEM, VIDEO CAMERA systems. The scope includes to support USCG Long Range Enforcement Product Line. The contract was awarded under the authority of 13 CFR 124.506(b) and 13 CFR 124.109, which permits sole-source awards to 8(a) participants owned by an individual Native American, to promote economic development in Native American communities.
