(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (hereafter referred to as “solicitation”) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  

(ii) Solicitation Number: FA9301-23-Q-0017 *This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ)

Amendment #1 to this Combine Synopsis/Solicitation is to incorporate site visit information scheduled for 13 August 2023. Participation in the site visit is not required, but highly recommended. As a result of the site visit, the Q&A window and solicitation due date have been extended. See section (xv) below for site visit information.  No other changes have been made to this solicitation.
