RFP Amendment 03 has been added to the files. RFP Amendment 02 has been added to the files. RFP Amendment has been added to the files. The Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Cost & Economics) (DASA-CE) requires technical support services in the concentrated areas of cost and economic analysis for major weapon systems, information systems, and defense business systems, as well as training to support the development of cost analysis. The analyses result in the development of cost databases, cost-estimating relationships (CERs), cost models based on traditional and non-traditional (i.e. machine learning) methods, and specialized research to support the estimation of life cycle costs or economic analyses.
