The Govenment intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Fully Automated Core Laboratory System, Cost-Per-Reportable (CPRR) for automation clinical chemistry and immunodiagnostic testing system for Martin Army Community Hospital (MACH), Fort Benning, Georgia 31905. Period of Performance 01 Oct 2027 - 30 Sep 2028 with four (4) option periods ending 30 Sep 2032.

Please fully review the attached solicitation W81K0026QA113, Statement of Work that is within the solicitation and Exhibit A, DHA RMF Requirement. Carefully review Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors and Addendum to Evaluation 52.212-2.
