1) Add new CLINs (X010) to permit separate pricing for the Performance Monitoring Visits (PMVs). These CLINs correspond with contract year but have longer periods of performance for completion of deliverables 18-24 months following accreditation.
2) Provide an updated Attachment 1 SOW
3) Provide an updated Attachment 2 Price Matrix
4) Post an updated Q&A document.
