The National Institute of Health, Clinical Center (NIH-CC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with ArgonSoft. The National Institute of Health (NIH) requires software maintenance and support for the NIH Laboratory Information Management system (LIMS) called ASIS.TO which is designed by Argonsoft.
