Ash Recycling Service at Yokota Air Base

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform ash-recycling service for Yokota AB, Japan in accordance with applicable Japanese laws and pertinent regulations, and commercial practices. The Contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this solicitation.
