Amendment 0001 - Update COMBO document, FAR 52.212-2, Past Performance. Remove references to "water abatement and remediation services" and replace with "Asbestos and Lead Based Paint Testing and Abatement Services". Also, uploaded BPA Terms & Conditions document.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
This requirement is for asbestos/lead-based paint (LBP) testing/sampling services across multiple buildings for the 55th Civil Engineering Squadron on Offutt AFB. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
This requirement is for asbestos/lead-based paint (LBP) testing/sampling services across multiple buildings for the 55th Civil Engineering Squadron on Offutt AFB. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation and labor necessary to provide asbestos/lead-based paint (LBP) testing/sampling services and - when directed - provide follow-on asbestos abatement and LBP removal services IAW the attached Performance Work Statement.
