The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 4000 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1 mile radius of 2901 E. College Ave. Nittany Mall, State College, PA 16801. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately nine (9) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
