The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,050 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 11 Elkins Street, Boston, MA 02127. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 2 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
