Army Career Center-120/120A Westchester-Bronx NY

The New York District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 2,300 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a 1-mile radius of 120/120A Westchester Square, Bronx, NY 10461.  The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
