Armed Protective Security Officer Services at Customs and Border Protection Locations throughout Puerto Rico for Federal Protective Service

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Federal Protective Service (FPS) is issuing this request for proposals (RFP) to solicit offers for the purpose of awarding a contract to provide Armed Protective Security Officer (PSO) services for Customs and Border Protection (CBP) facilities throughout Puerto Rico.

This requirement is solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12. Services shall be furnished via an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed hourly rates.
