The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,092 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 3381 East Main Road, Portsmouth, RI  02871. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 6 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  Must use Government Lease.
