The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3600 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a ¼ mile radius of 230 East Main Street Suites 604-606 Newark, Delaware 19711. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 8 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
