The Baltimore District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 1,900 usable square feet of commercial retail space located within a ¼ mile radius of 21141 Sterling Square, Unit 6, Georgetown, Delaware 19947. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 8 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
