The New England District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 3,523 square feet of usable square feet of commercial space located within a ¼ mile radius of 165 Westgate Drive, Brockton, MA 02301. The space must have a secondary egress and shall contain adequate parking for approximately 16 Government vehicles both during the day and overnight. Must use Government Lease.
