Synopsis
AMENDMENT 0001 TO THE SYNOPSIS HAS BEEN POSTED AS OF MAY 22, 2025. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED AMENDMENT 0001 TO THE SYNOPSIS. This contract is being procured in accordance with the Brooks Architect-Engineer (A-E) Act as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6 and EP 715-1-7 Architect-Engineer Contracting in USACE. This acquisition will be used to procure highly specialized historic preservation work as well as support additional customers requiring historic preservation services. The Government anticipates awarding a $20M Architect-Engineer Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) MATOC with a pool of a minimum of 3 contractors. Place of Performance: This MATOC will primarily be used to support the National Cemetery Association (NCA), IMCOM, USACE Seattle District and other customers requiring historic preservation services.
