Description(1) CONTRACT INFORMATION: In accordance with the Brooks Act, as implemented by FAR 36.6, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (NAU) intends to solicit and award up to five firm-fixed-price (FFP), indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) multiple-award task-order contracts (MATOC) with a five-year ordering period and a shared capacity of $45M.
